After joining Murakumo Kogyo, the largest actress company in the Tokyo Shard, the main character, Mizuha April Sakuga, is assigned to the small Machida office on the outskirts of the shard. Mizuha manages to start her actress duties with her colleague Yoizuki Nagamune, who is one year her junior, and Haruka Tsukimori, a senior in her fourth year at university, but they are attacked by Cerberus, a large Weiss that does not normally appear in the vicinity of the Tokyo Shard. The group was able to fight off the attack thanks to the efforts of the ace actress Agatsuma Kaede, who belongs to the head office, but Mizuha was left with a trauma of her own. Yoizuki quickly senses Mizuha's fear, and through her care, including her own past experiences, Mizuha decides to continue her career as an actress.
